As part of a more strategic and comprehensive approach, Biolab Farmac\u00eautica\u2019s Human Resources department has been renamed People and Management and is now led by its new director, Camila Clemes. This rebranding also reinforces the company\u2019s focus on programs designed to develop and empower its people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With a 20-year career in Human Resources, she has been with Biolab for five years, having started as Manager of Human and Organizational Development (DHO), where she played a key role in revamping the leadership development program and restructuring HR programs. Over the past two years, she has served as Governance Officer, closely overseeing the consolidation of the Board of Directors and actively participating in discussions on strategic agendas\u2014an experience that has contributed to a comprehensive understanding of the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In her new role, she reports directly to the CEO, Fabio Amorosino. Camila is responsible for activities related to people management, organizational culture, and leadership development, as well as fostering practices that promote team well-being and engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
