Evolving Ethics: Biolab & Co. is a Clean Company - for Integrity and Against Corruption

Published in May 06, 2026

Biolab & Co. has just taken a fundamental step in its governance journey by formalizing its adherence to the Ethos Institute's Business Pact for Integrity and Against Corruption. By becoming a signatory, we publicly reaffirm that we conduct our business with total transparency, following the highest standards of business ethics.

The Pact is a voluntary and strategic initiative that brings together more than 1,400 signatory companies around a common goal: to promote a more honest, ethical and corruption-free Brazilian market. As a signatory company, we are committed to:

  • Education and Dissemination: Actively disseminate Brazilian anti-corruption legislation to all our employees, partners and stakeholders.
  • Veto on Bribery: Strictly prohibit any form of bribery or undue advantage in our operations.
  • Ethics in Political Relations: To work with total legality and transparency in relation to political contributions, following the institutional independence of Biolab's Senior Management.
  • Transparency and Collaboration: Strive for clarity of information and collaborate fully with investigations and supervisory bodies whenever necessary.

For us, a commitment to integrity requires constant evolution. Acting ethically means building the common good and protecting our reputation, a shared asset that is the direct result of the behavior and mission of each of our employees, partners and managers.

This movement strengthens our governance and prepares us for strategic recognition, such as the Pro-Ethics Company seal (CGU), for example.

Joining the Pact consolidates guidelines that are already part of our DNA. To ensure consistency between our discourse and our practice, we strictly follow the rules set out in our Anti-Corruption Policy. Find out more about our structure on our Compliance and Ombudsman.
