Published in July 17, 2026

Hosted by journalist Daiana Garbin, Biolab Cast expands the reach of health education and connects millions of people across various digital platforms

Biolab Farmacêutica has been establishing Biolab Cast as a major in-house communications project that, for the past three years, has been transforming health information into educational entertainment. Hosted by journalist Daiana Garbin, the podcast—now in its third season—enters this cycle backed by impressive results: combining the figures from 2025 and the first half of 2026, it surpassed the 9 million view mark across digital platforms. YouTube took first place with 7.5 million views, including full-length videos and shorts, followed by social media with 2.2 million.

Throughout its seasons, Biolab Cast has covered topics such as women’s cardiovascular health, longevity and healthy aging, mental health and emotional balance, nutrition and metabolism, as well as hair loss and skin care. In this new cycle, the project’s editorial planning is now aligned with the national health calendar and features the participation of doctors, psychologists, and other guest experts. “By investing in a format of high technical quality, Biolab combines the brand’s scientific rigor with the lightheartedness required for modern digital consumption,” says Tati Marques, Director of Communications at Biolab Farmacêutica.

The consolidated data reveals a strategic audience for the consumer and wellness market, composed primarily of women (63.9%), with 55.7% of listeners concentrated in the 35- to 44-year-old age group. In addition to full episodes on YouTube, the content is adapted for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Biolab’s social media channels, expanding its reach and tailoring it to each consumer profile.

“With the third season now airing, Biolab is stepping up its use of its own channels to expand access to quality information and help combat misinformation. Among the new features are live streams during recordings, allowing the audience to interact in real time,” Tati emphasizes.

Reflecting this commitment to highly relevant topics that are at the heart of conversations about well-being, this month’s episode addresses a topic of growing public interest: the importance of vitamins and the dangers of silent vitamin B12 deficiency, a chronic condition that affects up to 40% of Latin Americans. On the show, neurologist Dr. Gustavo Daher explains in detail how a lack of this nutrient can impact the nervous system, underscoring the podcast’s role in translating complex scientific data into practical health advice for the public.
